The LifePak 15 monitor/defibrillator is the new standard in emergency care for ALS teams who want the most clinically innovative, operationally effective, and durable device available today. The LifePak 15 gives you EtCO2 with continuous waveform capture. Masimo Rainbow technology helps detect hard-to-diagnose conditions and improve patient care with noninvasive monitoring of carbon monoxide, SpO2 and methemoglobin. In addition, the 15 offers temperature monitoring, which can be transmitted to other systems.

    1. Chassis / housing is inspected and cleaned or replaced
    2. AC plug, receptacles and cords are replaced if necessary
    3. Circuit breaker, fuses and fittings are replaced if needed
    4. The display panels are inspected and cleaned or replaced
    5. All alarms and audible signals are tested and verified
    6. The battery is replaced, the unit is re-calibrated
    7. If applicable, the printer is inspected and repaired
    8. A roll of printer paper is included, if applicable
    9. New ECG cables, leads and clips are included
    10. The unit receives a new label and is shipped to the customer

    Customer shall have a right to return for a refund within 30 days of delivery if products arrive not as advertised.

    For a return to be accepted, an RMA number must be issued. Please call or email us to obtain an RMA number. Be sure to include the RMA number on all packages related to the return. All products returned may be subject to a restocking fee at SWM's discretion. Customers will be notified of restocking fee before issuance of RMA number.

    For new products to qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned within the original package in brand new condition.
