The programmable, quiet and affordable EC1540 Warming Cabinets are built for large capacity patient warming needs. The warming units come with a timer designed for energy efficiency while maintaining necessary temperature levels.

  1. Run serial number with OEM for necessary upgrades, recalls, and revisions
  2. Disassemble and disinfect all components
  3. Polish, replate, repaint, or replace all exterior components
  4. Replace wiring harnesses
  5. Replace thermostat
  6. Replace heating element
  7. Replace power cord and plug
  8. Replace power switch
  9. Replace door gaskets
  10. Resurface stainless steel to original appearance by 5-step sanding and polishing process
  11. Calibrate temperature using a certified thermometer
  12. Apply new decals and safety information
  13. Perform electrical safety inspection
