Covidien Valleylab FX8 Electrosurgical Unit

The Valleylab FX8 energy platform is an intuitive-to-use solution that adapts to tissue variability for precision in electrosurgery. It is designed to support a wide range of surgical procedures requiring separation, hemostasis, and incision - and powered by TissueTect, a tissue-sensing technology that can adjust based on the type of tissue it detects. The FX8 offers cut, coag, and soft coag modes. Additionally, the FX8 provides shared coag, which allows two surgeons to work simultaneously on the same patient.

VLFX8GEN

  1. Mount, fasteners and fittings are inspected and replaced if necessary
  2. AC plug, receptacles and cords are replaced if necessary
  3. Electrodes, transducers and fuses are inspected and replaced if needed
  4. The display panels are inspected and cleaned or replaced
  5. All audible signals are tested, the unit is re-calibrated
  6. Footswitch and/or hand switch is inspected and cleaned or replaced
  7. Sand, prime, and paint unit case to meet new specifications
  8. Apply new decals and safety information
  9. Final inspection and electrical safety test. Unit is properly packaged and shipped to the customer.

Customer shall have a right to return for a refund within 30 days of delivery if products arrive not as advertised.

For a return to be accepted, an RMA number must be issued. Please call or email us to obtain an RMA number. Be sure to include the RMA number on all packages related to the return. All products returned may be subject to a restocking fee at SWM's discretion. Customers will be notified of restocking fee before issuance of RMA number.

For new products to qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned within the original package in brand new condition.
