  2. Cleaning and Decontamination: Thoroughly clean and disinfect all external and accessible internal components of the bladder scanner, following established infection control protocols and using appropriate cleaning agents.
  3. Dismantling: Disassemble the bladder scanner, removing any removable components such as probes, cables, and connectors. Inspect these components for wear, damage, or contamination.
  4. Testing and Inspection: Test and inspect critical components of the bladder scanner, including the transducer, control electronics, display, and interface, to ensure proper function. Verify that the scanner can accurately measure bladder volume.
  5. Replacement of Worn or Defective Parts: Replace any damaged or worn components, such as transducers, cables, connectors, batteries, or control panels.
  6. Performance Verification: Test the bladder scanner to ensure that it provides accurate and consistent bladder volume measurements. Perform adjustments as necessary.

Customer shall have a right to return for a refund within 30 days of delivery if products arrive not as advertised.

For a return to be accepted, an RMA number must be issued. Please call or email us to obtain an RMA number. Be sure to include the RMA number on all packages related to the return. All products returned may be subject to a restocking fee at SWM's discretion. Customers will be notified of restocking fee before issuance of RMA number.

For new products to qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned within the original package in brand new condition.
