Regional On-Site Biomedical Service
Southwest Medical maintains a network of full-time outside biomedical technicians. These employees are certified technicians that receive extensive training and continuing education for the product lines they support. Our service network allows us to provide ongoing equipment management in the field. The result is quality equipment with minimal downtime. Southwest Medical provides facility-wide biomedical service to healthcare facilities within the service area. The service region consists of Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Nebraska, and Iowa. Services provided include emergency troubleshooting and repair, preventative maintenance, electrical safety checks, and biomedical inspections.
Nationwide Mail-In Biomedical Service:
Southwest Medical also maintains an extensive in-house biomedical department. As an added service, our in-house biomedical department can service, upgrade, or repair defective equipment that is shipped to our corporate headquarters in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, USA. This service is available to healthcare facilities across the United States, and is an effective means to get quality repair work completed without costly on-site service calls.
RENEW Equipment Refurbishing Program
Southwest Medical also offers programs designed to extend the useful life of existing equipment within healthcare facilities. Our primary goal is to benefit customers by saving money and providing an opportunity to successfully improve equipment productivity. Through this refurbishment program, we offer on-site evaluation for any piece of equipment found within the hospital. Contact us for more information concerning this program or for bid pricing.
