Conmed System 5000 Electrosurgical Unit:

The System 5000 electrosurgery generator unites technology with versatility providing the opportunity to fine tune the electrosurgical generator to specific procedure and surgeon preferences. Unique modes on the System 5000 include the Fluids Mode, for an additional boost of energy in procedures taking place in a fluid environment, and Lap Mode, which limits open circuit voltages to below 2700 volts in all modes and reduces the potential risk of inadvertent burns from capacitive coupling.

  1. Mount, fasteners and fittings are inspected and replaced if necessary
  2. AC plug, receptacles and cords are replaced if necessary
  3. Electrodes, transducers and fuses are inspected and replaced if needed
  4. The display panels are inspected and cleaned or replaced
  5. All audible signals are tested, the unit is re-calibrated
  6. Footswitch and/or hand switch is inspected and cleaned or replaced
  7. Sand, prime, and paint unit case to meet new specifications
  8. Apply new decals and safety information
  9. Final inspection and electrical safety test. Unit is properly packaged and shipped to the customer.

Customer shall have a right to return for a refund within 30 days of delivery if products arrive not as advertised.

For a return to be accepted, an RMA number must be issued. Please call or email us to obtain an RMA number. Be sure to include the RMA number on all packages related to the return. All products returned may be subject to a restocking fee at SWM's discretion. Customers will be notified of restocking fee before issuance of RMA number.

For new products to qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned within the original package in brand new condition.
