Southwest Medical ESU Refurbishing Process (Completed Photos Below):
- Mount, fasteners and fittings are inspected and replaced if necessary
- Mount, fasteners and fittings are inspected and replaced if necessary
- AC plug, receptacles and cords are replaced if necessary
- Electrodes, transducers and fuses are inspected and replaced if needed
- The display panels are inspected and cleaned or replaced
- All audible signals are tested, the unit is re-calibrated
- Footswitch and/or hand switch is inspected and cleaned or replaced
- Sand, prime, and paint unit case to meet new specifications
- Apply new decals and safety information
- Final inspection and electrical safety test. Unit is properly packaged and shipped to the customer.
