These employees are certified technicians that receive extensive training and continuing education for the product lines they support. Our service network allows us to provide ongoing equipment management in the field. Most products carry a comprehensive 1-year parts and labor warranty which is backed by the service network. The result is quality equipment with minimal downtime.
In addition to warranty support, Southwest Medical Corporation also provides facility-wide biomedical service to healthcare facilities within the service area. The service region consists of Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas. Services provided include preventative maintenance, electrical safety checks, biomedical inspections, and more. Nationwide Mail-In Biomedical Service
Southwest Medical Corporation also maintains an extensive in-house biomedical department designed to remanufacture, recondition, and service each piece of medical equipment offered for sale. As an added service, our in-house biomedical department can service, upgrade, or repair defective equipment that is shipped to our corporate headquarters in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, USA.
